Revision: October 2023

1. General Provisions

To use our services, you must go through a registration process during which you will need to provide us with your personal data. This document explains how we use your data and the rights you have in this regard.

Certain information from you will be transmitted to us when you visit the website and the Unagrande YogaClub application, such as your IP address.

We will also receive data about the device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) you use, the browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) you use when visiting our website or application, and the volume of data transmitted during each session.

Such data cannot be used by us to identify the user. They are only used for statistical purposes. This analysis is aimed at improving the quality of services we provide to our users.

2. What are personal data?

The term «personal data» is defined by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation «On Personal Data» dated July 27, 2006, No. 152-FZ. Personal data includes, for example, your full name and contact information, which are necessary for us to offer our Unagrande YogaClub services. On the other hand, «non-personal data» cannot be related to a specific user. If part of the personal information is deleted or anonymized, personal data will be transformed into «non-personal data.»

3. How are personal data collected and processed?

We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide us with such data. This occurs, for example, when you contact us or other users, i.e., when you open a Unagrande YogaClub user account, activate a subscription, upload a profile photo, or use our services to send messages. We will use the personal data you provided to us to the extent necessary to provide our services and fulfill our obligations under the contract, and only if you have given your consent. We may use your data for the purposes described in this Data Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be stored as long as necessary to achieve specific purposes. If you wish to deactivate your user account, we will also delete your personal data. An exception applies only if we have a legal obligation to retain data for a certain period.

4. What are «Log Files»?

«Log Files» automatically record all or certain actions on a computer. Such Log Files are essential, for example, for managing and automating processes. In the case of working with a database, Log Files track changes in the database with correctly executed transactions. In the event of an error (e.g., system failure), this allows for the restoration of the current data set. «Log Files» are also created on web servers. In particular, this includes the following data: computer access address, authentication fields, date and time of access, access method, HTML access content, web server status code, and information about the browser and operating system used by the client.

Each time you visit our website or the Unagrande YogaClub application, the aforementioned data will be automatically saved in «Log Files.»

5. What are «Cookie» files and tracking pixels?

We collect information about visitors to our website and users of our Unagrande YogaClub application to improve our services. For this purpose, we use various types of so-called «Cookies» and tracking pixels.

A Cookie file allows a web server to place a text file (e.g., an ID) on your computer or smartphone/tablet. Cookies are used, for example, to automatically recognize you during your next visit to our website or when using the Unagrande YogaClub application. The Cookie file is either transmitted from the web server to your browser or generated by a client-side script (e.g., JavaScript). Cookie file data will be stored locally on your device and, in most cases, will be effective only for a limited period of time.

Websites that record your flash media data on your computer and later read such data. These files are called flash cookie files or Local Shared Objects (LSO). Such files are not managed in your browser but through the Flash player plug-in. The same rules apply to flash cookie files as to regular cookie files. Flash cookies can also only be read on the website through which the flash cookie files were created. However, flash cookie files can contain significantly more data.

Your browser offers extensive settings for managing cookie files. For example, you can disable cookies in your browser or restrict the operation of cookie files for specific websites. You can also program your browser to notify you before placing cookie files. Such settings can be configured on your mobile device as well. Cookie files can be managed at any time, deleted, or completely blocked by changing the settings on your device.

You can visit our website even if you block cookies on your device, but in this case, not all functions may be displayed correctly and available to you. You can also use our Unagrande YogaClub application without cookie files. In this case, some functions in the application may not be available to you.

Tracking pixels are small graphics in HTML emails or on websites. When you access a website, your access to tracking pixels is recorded in a log file. This allows for statistical analysis, which, in turn, can be used to improve the quality of our services. You can configure your email program or browser settings in such a way that some tracking pixels will not be used.
