Yoga After Work helps release tension, stretch the body after long hours of sitting or standing, improve circulation, and restore a sense of lightness. This practice increases spinal mobility, activates the muscles, and gently shifts the body from work mode to relaxation.
Each session begins with a warm-up that focuses on the spine, shoulders, and upper back—areas most affected by daily tension. Longer sessions include additional stretches, twists, and strength-building poses that engage the legs, core, and back muscles.
For sessions of 45, 60, and 90 minutes, 5-minute pranayama breathing techniques are included to deepen relaxation, release residual tension, and bring the practice to a peaceful close.
The exercises are suitable for all levels. Choose the session length that works best for you—anywhere from 10 to 90 minutes—and allow your body to recover after a long day. Regular practice will bring more energy, freedom in movement, and inner balance.
