Technique of execution

Bend your right leg. Pull your knee towards your chest. Using your right index and middle fingers, grab your right big toe. Now slowly straighten your right leg and move it out to the right until you feel tension in your inner thigh. Hold your grip. Straighten your left leg and rest it on the floor. Relax your abdominal muscles. Stretch as far as is comfortable. Avoid pain. Keep your head, shoulder blades, and lower back firmly pressed to the floor. Breathe evenly. Slowly bring your right leg back to center, bend it, then bring it down to the floor. Return to corpse pose. Repeat on the other leg. Bend your left leg. Pull your knee towards your chest.
