Welcome to the «The Splits II in 14 Days» Challenge. Start right now to develop leg flexibility and joint mobility, as well as achieving a transverse splits position.
To start with we focus on a gentle entry into practice through warming up exercises of the hip joints with abduction to the side in standing, sitting and supine positions. Practice every day, don't give up!
To move along the challenge one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing the results of the current day, does a new video become available.
