Regular yoga practice helps improve balance, attention, and discipline — qualities that are especially beneficial for people with ADHD. The sessions focus on developing concentration, coordination, self-control, and inner stability. The practice includes many balancing poses and coordination exercises that gently train both balance and sustained attention.
Emphasizing static poses enhances the sense of stability, calmness, and focus. Regular practice helps strengthen willpower and develop self-regulation skills.
The sessions, lasting 45, 60, or 90 minutes, conclude with a 5–7 minute pranayama. This breathing practice calms the mind, supports emotional well-being, and creates a sense of inner balance.
