Technique of execution

Stand up straight with your feet together. Breathe evenly. Massage your face softly with your palms, as though you are washing it, running your hands from your forehead down to your chin. Massage your neck, and then your throat, starting from the sides of your head and going down to your collarbone. Place your right hand on your chest, and your left hand on your belly. Move your right hand clockwise, and your left hand counter-clockwise. Then massage your belly with both hands, making wide, smooth circles. Rub your left arm with your right hand, all the way from your shoulder to your wrist. Rub your right arm with your left hand, all the way from your shoulder to your wrist. Rub your hands, as though you are washing your hands. Join your hands together into a fist, and massage your thumbs. Stretch all your other fingers, by joining your fingers together then pulling them apart. Bend your knees, and while bend slightly forward, massage the fronts and backs of your legs with a smooth, circular hand motion. Start from the fronts of your legs, moving from the top down, then massage the backs of your legs, moving from bottom to top. Then make two fists with your hands. Rub the kidney area by pressing into your lower back and making a circular motion, from the center spiraling going out. Now, rub your fists up and down the small of your back, massaging it and warming it up. Then, stand up straight. Keep your feet together. Breathe evenly. The warm-up is over.
