Welcome to the start of the Challenge «Meditation for Beginners» in 14 days. This is an introductory course to the practice of mindfulness breathing and meditation.
This course is dedicated to introducing special techniques improving concentration and focus, calming down jumping «monkey mind» and developing confidence on the way to steady and regular meditation practice.
Practice every day, don't give up!
The quality of your meditation practice is directly connected to your body alignment, so it is really important to try to keep your spine straight. Once you are there, your nervous system calms down and you simply can get a better meditation experience. Your body should be prepared to keep the right position without moving, and we start every class warming up sequence to relieve tension and prepare your body for breathing and meditation.
Yoga Challenge is designed the way that you are motivated to practice every day according to the schedule, as the classes are sequenced with gradual loading and consolidating the results of the previous days.
To move along the challenge one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing results of the current day, a new video becomes available.
There are 2 modules in «Meditation for Beginners in 14 Days» – 7 days each. Our goal is to reach 15 minutes of indestructible meditation practice by the end of the challenge.
