Welcome to the «Lower Back Pain Relief in 21 Days» Challenge. The focus of the challenge is to relieve the tension in the lower back, stretching the spine, improve the blood flow into the lumbar spine and strengthening muscle corset in the upper body. With regular practice through the course sensations in the lumbar region, and at the same time, the mobility of the spine and your mood will improve.
To start with we focus on warming up the upper back, relaxing the lower back and relieving tension in the lumbosacral region. Practice every day, don't give up!
To move along the challenge one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing the results of the current day, does a new video become available.
