The Yoga 60+ sequences are designed considering the physiological characteristics of older adults. Exercises are focused on improving the body's resistance to external factors and activate neuromuscular and respiratory systems. All movements are feasible and beneficial to strengthen joints, relax, and train muscles, rejuvenate the spine. In some of the classes, pranayama practice – breathing exercise, is included. This practice improves the functioning of the respiratory system and lungs ventilation.
