Technique of execution

Stand with your feet wide apart, parallel to each other. Slowly squat down. Place your hands on the floor, behind your heels. Point your fingers forward. Bring your legs down to your arms, as close as you can to the shoulders. Bend your arms slightly and push your body weight forward, in order to balance on your arms. Let your thighs rest on your shoulders. Slowly try to straighten your legs while balancing on your arms. Press your hands into the floor. Breathe evenly. Then bend your legs. Bring your feet to the floor, lift your torso up, and bring your feet together. Return to mountain pose.
