Extreme stretches in the form of splits, both longitudinal and transverse, deep bends, inverted poses like Shirshasana are used.
The complexes increase the flexibility of the whole body, endurance, strength, coordination, and balance.
In the 21- and 28-day courses, every 7 days is a day of rest, which includes pranayama, respiratory self-regulation that calms the nervous system, teaches relaxation, and calms the mind.
