Technique of execution
Lay down on your back. Close your eyes. Spread your arms and your legs apart slightly. Make sure that your whole body is feeling comfortable and still: your head, arms, and legs – still. Focus on your face and relax the muscles. Slowly move your focus from one part of your face to the other — relaxing them one by one. Relax your forehead, cheeks, mouth, tongue and throat. Relax your jaw – your teeth are slightly open. Your face is completely relaxed. Move your focus further in your body and relax your neck. Your rib cage and your belly. Relax your back. Relax your arms, from the shoulder blades to the tips of your fingers. First, focus on your left arm and relax, then – your right arm. Relax your legs, from the hips to the tips of your toes. First, focus on your left leg and relax, then – your right leg. Your whole body is completely relaxed. A gentle warm wave of relaxation flows around your body relieving all the tension and filling up the body with life force. Every single part of the body is completely relaxed. Try to stay relaxed and connected to your inner self and at the same time, be here and now. In the moment. Enjoy this miraculous feeling of peace, tranquility and comfort.
