Yoga videos of the first module are dedicated to developing general spine mobility. Videos are sequenced with warming up exercises, twisting, and rotations.
As you practice, your back muscles become stronger, more mobile, and flexible. Special sequences develop the spine in all possible rotations through stretching, squeezing, bending backwards, leaning forwards, turning to the sides, tilting to the sides.

The program of every challenge consists of several modules dedicated to a specific topic with several video classes in a row and then a day dedicated to breathing practice. Yoga Challenge is designed the way that you are motivated to practice every day according to the schedule, as the classes are sequenced with gradual loading and consolidating the results of the previous days.
To move along the challenge one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing the results of the current day, a new video becomes available.
«Healthy Spine in 28 Days» Challenge is divided into 5 practice modules: 4 modules with 6 yoga videos each (increasing duration from 15 to 45 minutes) with a meditation practice on the 6th day. The last module with 4 yoga videos, with the last class of the challenge with 60 minutes.
