The program of every challenge consists of several modules dedicated to a specific topic with several video classes in a row and then a day dedicated to breathing practice. Yoga Challenge is designed the way that you are motivated to practice every day according to the schedule, as the classes are sequenced with gradual loading and consolidating the results of the previous days.
To move along the challenge, one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing the results of the current day, a new video becomes available.
«Weight Loss in 21 Days» Challenge is divided into 4 modules with 5 yoga videos each (increasing duration from 15 to 45 minutes): the first yoga class lasts 15 minutes, the second one — 20 minutes, the third one — 25 minutes, the fourth one — 30 minutes, the fifth one — 45 minutes. This challenge ends with a 60-minute yoga practice.
