The focus of the first few days is breathing and the work of the respiratory system. It is necessary to do exercises that train the lungs, increasing the body's resistance to external influences. There is also pranayama (breathing exercise) in every class to strengthen the lungs and the cardiovascular system.
To move along the challenge one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing results of the current day, a new video becomes available.
