Welcome to the start of the challenge «Boost Your Immune in 21 Days».
Staying healthy is directly connected to the work of our body's regulatory systems, such as immune, nervous and endocrine. To boost immunity we should support our nervous system and improve general stress levels.
Our goal is to reduce the impact of stress factors that helps to increase the immune response, improve psychological well-being and build more stress resistance. For this purpose, we train yoga postures that create tension in the muscles of the back, as the mechanical effect on the kidneys and adrenal glands stimulates the stress hormone corticoliberin release from the body.
Regular exercising with strength, balance and stretching yoga postures stimulate the work of acquired immunity. Every day of the challenge focuses on improving well-being and increasing the body's resistance.
We start with the sequence focused on warming up the spine, strengthening the legs and back muscles, and improving the functioning of the kidneys and adrenal glands. Practice every day, don't give up!
To move along the challenge one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing the results of the current day, does a new video become available.
