Challenge yourself with new intensive workout plans. Most people tend to find excuses, postpone for later, and experience a lack of motivation to keep their daily workout routine. It is proven that regular yoga classes improve well-being, prevent disease, change the quality of life, and tone the whole body.
The program of every challenge consists of several modules dedicated to a specific topic with several video classes in a row and then a day off. On the rest day, we recommend physical activity to meditation or breathing practice of your choice.
Yoga Challenge is designed in a way that you are motivated to practice every day according to the schedule, as the classes are sequenced with gradual loading and consolidation of the results of the previous days.
To move along the challenge one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing the results of the current day, does a new video become available.
«Self-esteem Boost in 28 Days» Challenge is divided into 5 practice modules: 4 modules with 5 lessons each (increasing duration from 15 to 45 minutes) with a short charging practice in the end. The last module has 4 classes with a 60-minute practice on the last day.
