Welcome to the start of the Challenge «Yoga Start in 21 Days»! This course is focused to introduce you to the practice of yoga and develop a healthy habit of regular workout routine. Schedule and videos of this challenge are specifically created for beginners, who might have prejudice about yoga, or just don't know where to start. Practice every day, don't give up!
Challenge yourself with new intensive workout plans. Most people tend to find excuses, postpone for later, and experience a lack of motivation to keep daily workout routine. It is proven that regular yoga classes improve well-being, prevent disease, change the quality of life, and tone the whole body.
The program of every challenge consists of several modules dedicated to a specific topic with several video classes in a row and then a day dedicated to breathing practice. Yoga Challenge is designed the way that you are motivated to practice every day according to the schedule, as the classes are sequenced with gradual loading and consolidating the results of the previous days.
To move along the challenge one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing the results of the current day, a new video becomes available.
«Yoga Start in 21 Days» Challenge is divided into 5 practice modules: 3 modules with 4 yoga videos each (increasing duration from 15 to 25 minutes) with a meditation practice on the 4th day. The last 2 modules with 4 yoga videos, with the last class of the challenge with 45 minutes.
