Keep your balance with your back straightened. Focus on your breath. Then bend your right leg and bring it down to the floor. Return to mountain pose. Repeat on the other leg. Bend your left leg. If you are having a hard time balancing on one foot, stand next to a wall, and place one hand on the wall for extra support. As you continue to practice this pose, try and gradually move away from the wall as you feel comfortable.
