Technique of execution

Come up into a kneeling position. Place your hands on the floor. Pull your left knee forward, and bring it down between your hands. Place your left heel by your hip, and your pelvis on the floor. Bend your right leg. Grab your foot with your hands. Pull your right foot to the nape of your neck. Point your elbows straight up. Breathe evenly. Then bring your right leg down to the floor. Push your pelvis back, while pressing your hands into the floor. Sit back on your heels. Repeat on the other side. Come up into a kneeling position. Place your hands on the floor.
