Welcome to the Challenge «The Splits in 7 Days» focused on improving general flexibility of the body, mobility of the legs and hips, and achieving both types of splits. Practice every day, don't give up!
The first day of the challenge is focused to provide a gentle start to the practice and suggests performing warm-up movements for good preparation of the whole body for the increased loading in the challenge.
To start with we focus on warming up the upper back, relaxing the lower back and relieving tension in the lumbosacral region. Practice every day, don't give up!
To move along the challenge one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing the results of the current day, does a new video become available.
