Technique of execution
Come up slightly. Then on the exhale straighten your right leg forward. Bring your palms down to the floor. Bend down towards your right leg. Then on the inhale bend your right leg. Press your pelvis firmly to the floor. Continue this movement. Stretch as far as it's comfortable. Avoid pain. Then stop this movement. Bring your feet together. Then repeat this one more time on the other side.
On the inhale bend your left leg. Press your pelvis firmly to the floor. Then on the exhale straighten your left leg. Continue this movement. Then stop this movement. Slowly bring your knees back together. Sit back on your heels.
