To start with we focus on standig dynamic warm-up movements to boost life force and imrpove blood flow in arms and legs. Active movements promote quick and healthy awakening! Practice every day, don't give up!
To move along the challenge one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing the results of the current day, does a new video become available.
