Welcome to the Challenge «Flexible Body in 21 Days» focused on improving general flexibility and mobility of the body.
This challenge is designed to develop general body flexibility and joint mobility. Regular yoga classes help to achieve the desired results, improve well-being, prevent diseases and improve the quality of life.
This sequence is a preparation for more intensive stretching. Today we start with getting in touch with your body through gentle standing warm-up movements. Practice every day, don't give up!
To move along the challenge one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing the results of the current day, does a new video become available.
