Welcome to the Intensive Course "Healthy Heart in 14 Days"!
This course is designed to strengthen the heart muscle, improve circulation, reduce stress levels, promote weight loss, and enhance overall well-being.
The course includes many dynamic, active components that strengthen the cardiovascular system.
Periodically, predominantly static complexes are given to increase endurance and improve peripheral circulation.
In the 21- and 28-day courses, every 7th day is a rest day, which includes pranayama, breathing self-regulation that calms the nervous system, gives rest to the heart muscle, teaches relaxation, and calms the mind.
