Welcome to the start of the Challenge «Bend Over and Reach the Floor in 28 Days»! This course is focused to develop general flexibility of the body, with precise focus on the lower back, hamstrings, and legs. Sometimes it might be difficult to touch the floor while bending over for the first time and there are a lot of reasons why. For example, imbalances in the body – such as very long legs or limited flexibility in the back. Flexibility develops through a regular yoga routine, and with the proper motivation, you will be definitely able to reach the floor soon. Practice every day, don't give up!
Challenge yourself with new intensive workout plans. Most people tend to find excuses, postpone for later, and experience a lack of motivation to keep daily workout routine. The program of every challenge consists of several modules dedicated to a specific topic with several video classes in a row and then a day off. On the rest-day, we recommend physical activity to meditation or breathing practice of your choice. Yoga Challenge is designed the way that you are motivated to practice every day according to the schedule, as the classes are sequenced with gradual loading and consolidating the results of the previous days.
To move along the challenge one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing results of the current day, a new video becomes available.
«Bend Over and Reach the Floor in 28 Days» Challenge is divided into 5 practice modules: 4 modules with 6 yoga videos each (increasing duration from 15 to 45 minutes) with a short practice on the 6th day. The last module with 4 yoga videos, with the last class of the challenge with 60 minutes.
