«Blood Pressure Reduction» classes are designed to relieve high blood pressure attacks and to prevent future attacks. Special sequences are created with simple asanas only, regarding specifics of the parasympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system, which is in charge of relaxation. Classes are easy to practice, with gentle stretching, holding static supine and face down postures together with pranayamas and yoga nidra practice. This combination leads to a real blood pressure reduction effect.
