The Yoga 60+ sequences are designed considering the physiological characteristics of older adults. Exercises are focused on relieving pain through activating muscles of the spine and other muscle groups, that are involved in the healthy functioning of the spine. Practice includes warm-up movements, relieving excessive tension in the back, twisting, stretching, and strengthening of the muscles of the back. The workout is simple and effective. Regular training enhances the effect of the whole exercise.
