A gentle but effective first day's introduction to the challenge is designed with exercises for the straight and sid abdominal muscles which are important for the formation of the slim waist.
To start with we focus on warming up the upper back, relaxing the lower back and relieving tension in the lumbosacral region. Practice every day, don't give up!
To move along the challenge one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing the results of the current day, does a new video become available.
