To move along the challenge, one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing results of the current day, a new video becomes available.
«Weight loss in 7 Days» Challenge is divided into 7 everyday yoga videos (increasing duration from 15 to 90 minutes): the first yoga class last 15 minutes, the second one last 20 minutes, the third one — 25 minutes, the fourth one — 30 minutes, the fifth one — 45 minutes, the sixth yoga class — 60 minutes and the seventh one — 90 minutes.
The first yoga class is designed with exercises being used in the following videos: such as warm-ups, standing, kneeling, and supine poses. At the end of every yoga video, you have a lovely relaxation in the final pose – Shavasana.
