Welcome to the start of the Challenge «Yoga Start in 14 Days»! This course is focused to introduce you to the practice of yoga and develop a healthy habit of a regular workout routine. Schedule and videos of this challenge are specifically created for beginners, who might have prejudice about yoga, or just don't know where to start. Practice every day, don't give up!

To move along the challenge, one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing the results of the current day, a new video becomes available.
