This series of classes is designed to restore both body and mind after long hours of sitting. All exercises are performed standing, without a mat or special equipment, making the practice accessible even in an office or coworking space.
Gentle, simple movements activate the whole body, improve circulation, release muscle tension and fatigue, restore energy, and increase productivity. With regular practice, you can maintain tone and keep your mind clear throughout the workday.
Each session ends with a breathing practice — the alternate nostril pranayama. It can be done not only seated on the floor, but also on a chair, in an armchair, or even standing — the key is to keep the spine upright and the body stable.
