To move along the challenge one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing results of the current day, a new video becomes available.
‘Weights loss in 14 Days’ Challenge is divided into 14 everyday yoga videos (increasing duration from 15 to 90 minutes): the first 2 yoga classes last 15 minutes, 3-5th ones last 20 minutes, 6th and 7th ones – 25 minutes, 8-10th ones – 30 minutes, 11th and 12th ones – 45 minutes, 13th yoga class – 60 minutes and 14th one – 90 minutes.
The first yoga video includes active standing exercises for warming your body up, some simple standing poses and supine abs exercises. The yoga class ends with Shavasana – deep relaxation asana.
