Welcome to the «Healthy Spine in 14 Days» Challenge. Start right now to build up a strong muscle corset, get a gracious posture, and prevent spine diseases.

As you practice, your back muscles become stronger, more mobile, and flexible. Special sequences develop the spine in all possible rotations through stretching, squeezing, bending backward, leaning forwards, turning to the sides, tilting to the sides.

To start with we focus on warming up the upper back, relaxing the lower back and relieving tension in the lumbosacral region. Practice every day, don't give up!
