Healthy Knees is a yoga series designed to restore mobility, strengthen muscles, and reduce discomfort in the knee joints. Our knees carry a significant load every day, and over time, they may develop stiffness, instability, or pain during movement. Regular yoga practice helps gently activate the necessary muscles, support the joints, and bring back a sense of confidence in the body.

This program includes asanas that engage the lower leg, thighs, and hips — strengthening the quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, and the muscles behind the knee, while also improving flexibility and coordination. Movements are designed to gently bend, extend, and slightly rotate the knee joint within a safe range.
