Technique of execution

On the inhale, arch your back inwards, then on the exhale, arch it outwards, in a spring-like motion. Repeat the exercise 5-7 times. When arching your back, push your shoulder blades towards each other; when bending in, push your chin towards your chest. Then straighten your back. Return to diamond pose.
