The intensive course "Release from anxiety in 28 days" was created to help the trainee to come to a state of inner peace and establish himself in it for a short period of time.
Breathing is important because every emotional state has its own specific breathing pattern. That is why each lesson of the Course begins with pranayama - respiratory self-regulation.
Also during the entire course a sufficient number of standing poses were used, they pump the basic supports - the legs, which gives more strength, inner peace and self-confidence and resists anxiety as a state.
In addition to poses on the legs a lot of twisting exercises were used in a standing positions, sitting positions and lying down. In Chinese medicine and psychotherapy, it is believed that fear (a stronger form of anxiety) resides in the kidneys, so by twisting the lumbar area, we relax this area, reducing tension in it as much as possible.
For strengthen the lumbar area some series of backbends lying on the stomach, as well as in supports and racks were used in this Course, to strengthen and improve the lower back, removing anxiety from the sensations of the body maximally.
Also an important feature of the lessons of this Course is the use of inverted postures. They have a sedative, calming effect on the psyche, due to the outflow of blood and good blood supply to the internal organs.
