The Series of Varicose Veins is designed to prevent vein problems. One of the major causes to this disease is the high stress factor which brings cardio-vascular disorders. Sequences are created with pranayama, meditations and simple postures to reduce the pressure on heart and blood vessel, and to balance the blood flow level in veins. As a side benefit, color of veins changes back to normal. It is important to pay extra attention to other factors, such as – your shoes shouldn’t be too tight, try to avoid taking too hot baths, and lift your legs up for a while after a long and tiring day. You are highly recommended to practice this series regularly.
