Technique of execution
Bend your right leg. Rest your right foot on the inside of your left thigh. Take the strap and wrap it around your left foot. Point your toes back towards yourself. Keep your foot activated. Extend up through the crown of your head. Keep your back straight. Breathe evenly. Then release the strap from your left foot. Straighten your right leg. Repeat this exercise on the other side. Bend your left leg. Rest your left foot on the inside of your right thigh. Take the strap and wrap it around your right foot. Point your toes back towards yourself. Keep your foot activated. Extend up through the crown of your head. Keep your back straight. Breathe evenly. Then release the strap from your right foot. Straighten your left leg. Place your hands by your hips. Keep your feet together. Keep your back straight.
