Inner Harmony is a practice designed to cultivate deep calm, serene relaxation, and heightened awareness. The lessons focus primarily on static postures, allowing the mind to slow down and move toward a state of stillness.
Each session concludes with pranayama, a breathing technique that enhances self-absorption and inner quiet. Depending on the length of the session, pranayama lasts between 3 and 10 minutes, helping to deepen the meditative state. In yoga, alongside asanas, pranayama is a key tool for reaching Unmani Avastha—a state of thoughtlessness and complete mental tranquility.
The longer the practice, the deeper the sense of detachment and balance. Over time, a profound inner silence emerges, dissolving restlessness and bringing clarity to the mind.
