The series of lessons "Inner Harmony" is created with the aim of inducing a state of inner peace, detached relaxation, and mental detachment throughout the practice.
The longer the timing of the lesson, the deeper the state of tranquility and detachment.
The routines consist of static poses, specifically designed to induce a cessation of the mind.
In terms of dynamics, only the classic warm-up "Sun Salutation" is included.
At the end of each lesson, for enhancing the self-deepening effect and mental detachment, mind-emptying, pranayama is introduced.
The duration of pranayama varies from 3 minutes to 10 minutes, depending on the timing of the lesson.
Pranayama, or breath self-regulation, is an important tool in yoga, alongside asana practice, to achieve the state of "unmani avastha" - thoughtlessness.
