Tibetan exercises combine movement with static poses. This yoga practice is a chance to loosen up, take a break from your usual activities and focus on your body and breathing.
In this 10-minute class, you'll practice “Equestrian Pose with Shoulder Stretch”, “Bear Grip” and “Seated Angle Pose”. The class ends with time to rest lying down.
Move smoothly within a comfortable range of motion. If the class includes breath holds, avoid straining. If you have health conditions that limit your activity, discuss the breathing techniques with your doctor.
