Tibetan exercises combine movement with static poses. This yoga practice is a chance to loosen up, take a break from your usual activities and focus on your body and breathing.
In this hour-long class, you'll try “Wide-Legged Forward Bend”, “Cat Pose with Foot Grip” and “Seated Forward Bend to the Straight Leg with the Other Knee Open to the Side”. You'll finish with a rest lying down.
You can devote this hour to practice, setting messages and everyday tasks aside for a while.
Move smoothly within a comfortable range of motion. If the class includes breath holds, avoid straining. If you have health conditions that limit your activity, discuss the breathing techniques with your doctor.
