Tibetan exercises combine movement with static poses. This yoga practice is a chance to loosen up, take a break from your usual activities and focus on your body and breathing.
In this 15-minute class, you'll try “Equestrian Pose”, “Deep Wide-Legged Forward Bend” and “Seated Forward Bend with Hands Clasped behind the Back”. You'll finish with a rest lying down.
Move smoothly within a comfortable range of motion. If the class includes breath holds, avoid straining. If you have health conditions that limit your activity, discuss the breathing techniques with your doctor.
