Strength postures are performed in both dynamic and static modes, with a combination of both for maximum effectiveness. When the neuromuscular system is properly activated, the body naturally increases the production of endorphins—hormones of happiness that promote feelings of relaxation and inner stability.

For sessions of 45, 60, and 90 minutes, pranayama—breathing techniques for self-regulation—is included to deepen the state of inner peace. Conscious breath control is a powerful tool for managing emotions, helping to restore balance and clarity.
