Yoga for the prostate includes exercises for the muscles of your legs, pelvis and lower back. Standing poses and stability exercises are combined with stretches to loosen up your lower body after everyday activity.
In this 20-minute class, you'll practice “Simple Tree Pose”, “Low Lunge with Hands on Thigh” and “Supported Warrior 3 Pose”. In Tree Pose, you'll practice balancing on one leg. You'll finish with a rest lying down.
Keep your pelvis in a comfortable position and breathe freely. If you have urinary or other urological symptoms, discuss them with your doctor before starting the classes.
