Yoga for the prostate includes exercises for the muscles of your legs, pelvis and lower back. Standing poses and stability exercises are combined with stretches to loosen up your lower body after everyday activity.
This 45-minute class includes “Three-Limbed Forward Bend Pose”, “Cat Pose on Elbows with Leg Extended Back” and “Reclining Two-Hand Leg Hold Pose”. The class ends with time to rest lying down.
Try this class when you'd like to focus on mobility and notice how your body moves.
Keep your pelvis in a comfortable position and breathe freely. If you have urinary or other urological symptoms, discuss them with your doctor before starting the classes.
