Yoga while planning for pregnancy helps you maintain your usual physical activity. You'll work on leg and back strength, mobility and breathing.
In this 25-minute class, you'll try “Pigeon Pose 1”, “Half Side Splits Pose”, and “Reclining Leg Stretch”. In Pigeon Pose, find a comfortable position for your hips and make sure your knee is free of pain. You'll lie down to rest at the end of the class.
Choose a manageable level of effort, especially after a break. If you're already pregnant, discuss which classes are suitable for you now with your doctor.
