The intensive course "Inner Harmony in 14 days" is designed create a state of inner peace, relaxation, and mental during the course sessions.
The main part of the complexes consists static positions, which through the stillness of the body and fixation in the asana, lead to the stilling of the mind, reduction of thoughts, and increase in the state of inner peace.
From the dynamic aspect, there is the well-known warm-up "Sun Salutation," and in the 28-day course, a series of warm-up movements are added before the "Sun Salutation," which vary from lesson to lesson.
At the end of each lesson, to enhance the effect of self-absorption, detachment, and mental emptiness, pranayama is given.
The duration of pranayama is 5 minutes. In the 28-day course, every 7th day is a rest day. On rest days, the duration of pranayama is 7 minutes.
Pranayama, or breath self-regulation, is an important tool in yoga, along with the practice of asanas, to achieve the state of "unmani avastha" - thoughtlessness.
