Try to place your palms on the floor, in line with your feet. Stretch as far as is comfortable. Avoid pain. Extend from your tailbone through the crown of your head towards the floor. Breathe evenly. Keep your back relaxed. Breathe calmly and evenly. Then, on the inhale, slowly lift your torso back up. Bring your hands down to your sides. Return to mountain pose.
